DUBAI: Shamal Holding, a diversified investment firm headquartered in Dubai, has announced the launch of Naïa Island Dubai, an exclusive private island destination poised to elevate ultra-luxury living in the region.
Situated just off the coastline of Jumeirah and connected to the city’s main road network, Naïa Island Dubai is anchored by a major first for the region – the introduction of the Cheval Blanc maison, the only one of its kind in the Middle East.
Operated by LVMH, the maison will feature a signature collection of suites and private villas, embodying Cheval Blanc’s hallmark contemporary and emotional luxury.
What will it offer?
In addition to the Cheval Blanc maison, the island estate will include a limited number of branded beachfront residences and estate plots, each offering direct private beach access. The island’s low-rise architecture is designed to maximise panoramic views of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, framed by the open sea.
The masterplan prioritises open green spaces and natural coastal landscapes, creating a balance of design, privacy, and connection to nature. Amenities will include spa and wellness experiences, fine dining venues, and a private marina, all curated to harmonise with the island’s serene environment.
How is it designed?
Naïa Island Dubai’s layout focuses on seamless integration between architecture and landscape.
Every element, from villa design to amenities, has been planned to immerse residents and guests in a tranquil yet vibrant setting.
When will it be ready?
Early works on the island are already in progress. Once completed, Naïa Island Dubai is expected to become one of the region’s most prestigious coastal addresses, offering an enduring and exclusive lifestyle opportunity.
